Collaboration: To work with other people. Flexible: To easily bend and do things that you might not want to do. Not staying on task: This is when you start talking or doing something else not what you are supposed to do. Time management. This is how you plain out what you do for how long you do it for. As a group member I collaborate well and am flexible. This is what I think I do well when I'm in a group with other people working on project. However, I need to work on my time management and staying on task. I can achieve this by planning out what I need to do and the steps I might need to take. I can also set a timer or a reminder to tell me when to move on to the next task. I can help myself to stay on task by realizing that I'm might be off task and stop and say what should I be doing, and then do the right thing.
